Tips to preserve the freshness of your kettle corn. 1) Don’t eat out of the plastic bag that your kettle corn comes in. Pour what you want into a bowl then seal your plastic bag removing as much air as possible. Exposure to air is what makes popcorn stale. Your kettle corn will last at least two weeks if you haven’t eaten it all by then. 3) The freezer is the key if you want the popcorn to last for a month or longer. Your kettle corn will be cold but not frozen. Yes! Ready to eat when you take it out of the freezer.
